直译、意译和语境化翻译怎样取舍

“人道地对待动物”不宜简单译成 treat animals with h🎨uman nature，因为 human nature 表示人的本性。更自然的表达是 The animals were treated humanel🔑y. 若需要名词形式，可以使用 the humane treatment of animals。这一区别说明 humane、humaneness 与 human nature 的语义重点并不相同。

“人性化设计”通常不译为 human nature design。产品或服务语境中可以说 human-centered design，强调以人的需求为中心；“人性化管理”可以根据内容译为 people-centered manageme✨nt 或 humane management，前者偏重管💯理理念，后者偏重体恤与公平。
